Project Overview

RoofStock One is the new innovative simple way to invest in real estate without the responsibilities of being a landlord with the liquidity of a stock to earn passive income, diversify the portfolio for accredited investors and RIA's. It was one of the new initiatives at RoofStock 

I was spearheading this new initiative from conception to launch running the initial design sprint, working on vision and product strategy, doing user research, interaction design, usability testing, managing the project timeline, working with one additional designer and my cross-functional partners. I presented to executives numerous times to get their buy-in at several milestones.

 

I along side also managed its product/ brand positioning, video production, social marketing collaterals with a brand agency and also getting hands-on with few. The product was launched in 6 months from it conception and we saw within a week over 1000 shares sold which was launched to limited accredited investors.

Primary Users for Rooftock are consumer investors. 

Primary Users for Roofstock One initially are accredited investors and RIA's till we expand the product to consumers as well.
