DISCOVERY

Empathizing with Users

We started with doing more user research by interviewing some of woman who had gone through the IVF process and gather insights.
DISCOVERY

Understanding IVF Process

We conducted research to find app around woman health and fertility like Glow, Clue, Eve but none of them catered to woman who were going through IVF process. We used these as inspiration board.

“What do you wish could be improved about your IVF experience?”

Emotional Support

"The way it took over my life but was isolating painful and out of my control. It is a very emotional time. It's a commitment. It's hard work"

Wanted to see the whole picture

"I wish the doctors and staff had been up front about next steps. I think they didn't want me getting ahead of myself but I wanted the whole picture."

No way to track what next?

"It was never explained why I was taking certain meds or what they were checking with the blood monitoring. I had no idea what the results meant."
